How can I request for a refund?

All transactions on OP3N are final and there are no refunds on any digital assets.

If you believe there was a problem with your transaction or payment, please send an email to with your information; including name, @username, wallet address, payment method, screenshots, etc. Our support team will review your request as soon as possible. We're still in early Beta, forgive us for any inconvenience.
