OP3N Community Guidelines

OP3N is a place where community happens. Although we encourage the gathering of people, art, thoughts and ideas, there are a few rules we’ll have to follow to ensure safety and a good experience for everyone on our platform.

Community Guidelines
The following activities are not permitted::

Harassment. We do not allow harassment of any kind (sexual harassment, bullying, abuse, threats, etc.). Engaging in harassment can result in suspension or removal of your account.

Self-harm. We do not allow activity that may glorify, promote, or encourage self-harm.

Hateful content. We do not allow behavior that is motivated by hatred, prejudice or intolerance, including behavior that promotes or encourages discrimination, denigration, harassment, or violence based on the following protected characteristics: race, ethnicity, color, caste, national origin, immigration status, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, serious medical condition, and veteran status.

Unauthorized Sharing of Private Information. We do not allow the sharing or personal information of others without permission.

Illegal activities. We will not allow any content or activity featuring, encouraging, offering, or soliciting illegal activity in respect to all applicable local, national, and international laws while using our services

Child exploitation. We do not allow any content that exploits or abuses children or suggests it. Engaging in such activities will result in immediate removal of your account. We report all illegal content or activity to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, who works with global law enforcement agencies around the world.

Intellectual property. We do not allow users to share content or products in the community that they do not own or otherwise have rights to share.

Terrorist organizations. We do not allow content that depicts, glorifies, encourages, or supports terrorism, or violent extremist actors or acts.

Sexually Explicit Content and Sexual Services. We prohibit pornographic or sexually explicit content, and the offering or soliciting any sexual content in exchange for money, services, or items of value.
