Sometimes you may encounter this problem when making a payment of NFT

Root cause

The MetaMask extension still keeps old session/cache and it causes the problem. We're working on the Product side to investigate and fix it.


Please follow these steps below to sort it out:

  1. Disconnect your MetaMask wallet from OP3N account.
  2. (Optional) Log out account
  3. (Optional) Log in account again
  4. Re-connect your MetaMask wallet
  5. Proceed payment steps
